The beta limit
The current X beta supports public accounts with fewer than 1,251 records in each list. Followers and Following are separate limits, not one combined account total.
If either job reaches the cap, FollowerSignal stops and does not calculate a partial relationship report. That prevents missing follower rows from being mislabeled as accounts that do not follow back.
If the check is slow
The page shows elapsed time and which list has finished. Typical eligible beta checks take about 30–60 seconds, and a provider cold start can take longer. Keep the page open, cancel safely if needed, and retry once after a temporary error rather than starting several overlapping checks.
Information to send support
Include the public X handle, approximate time and time zone, device and browser, and the exact error shown. Never send an X password, two-factor code, session cookie, or full card number.
