The service

FollowerSignal organizes publicly visible Instagram relationship information into reports. It does not access private accounts, private messages, or information that is not publicly visible. FollowerSignal is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta.

Responsible use

You may not use FollowerSignal to stalk, harass, threaten, dox, monitor minors, build profiles for consequential decisions, circumvent technical or payment controls, resell collected data, or violate applicable law or third-party rights.

Accounts and billing

A one-time report covers one public Instagram account and one completed snapshot. A Guardian subscription covers one public Instagram account and is designed to refresh every seven days. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Applicable account-size and fair-use limits are shown before purchase.

Data limitations

Instagram can change, remove, delay, throttle, or restrict public data. Reports may therefore contain gaps, latency, or omissions. Private, deleted, renamed, deactivated, or newly restricted accounts can affect results. No report should be treated as complete evidence of a person's behavior.

Refunds and cancellation

Guardian may be canceled before its next renewal through the customer billing portal. The final refund and dispute policies will be published before paid launch.
