Every record has a collection cost
A full relationship report reads both followers and following. Larger accounts require more pages, time, and provider usage, so FollowerSignal performs an account-size check and enforces a defined collection cap.
Limits protect the result
Stopping at a declared limit is safer than silently returning a partial list as if it were complete. If an account exceeds the available tier, the app should explain the limit before a paid collection begins.
