Refund Policy

We want the result you purchased to work. This policy explains when FollowerSignal will refund a one-time report or Guardian subscription. It does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Full Snapshot purchases

A Full Snapshot is a one-time digital report for one eligible public Instagram username. You may request a full refund within seven days of purchase if the report has not completed successfully. If FollowerSignal cannot deliver the purchased report because of a service failure, provider failure, or an account-size eligibility check that should have prevented checkout, we will refund the charge.

Once a complete report has been delivered or exported, the purchase is normally final because the digital service has been consumed. We will still review duplicate charges, materially incorrect plan fulfillment, and any refund right required by law.

Guardian subscriptions

Guardian renews on the billing interval shown at checkout until it is canceled. You can cancel future renewal from the Stripe billing portal in your FollowerSignal account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period unless the checkout or portal says otherwise.

You may request a refund within seven days of an initial Guardian charge or renewal if no scheduled report has completed during that newly paid period. A completed scheduled report normally makes that period non-refundable. Partial months, unused time, and failures caused by a profile becoming private, unavailable, renamed, or larger than the clearly disclosed plan limit are not automatically refundable.

Duplicate, fraudulent, or disputed charges

Report a duplicate or unrecognized charge promptly. We may ask for the checkout email, charge date, plan, and Stripe receipt identifier. Do not send a full card number. If you suspect card fraud, contact the card issuer as well.

How to request a refund

Open the FollowerSignal feedback form, choose billing, and include the checkout email, purchase date, plan name, and a brief reason. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Bank and card-network processing time is outside FollowerSignal's control.

Cancellation is different from a refund

Canceling Guardian stops future renewal but does not itself reverse a charge already made. A refund returns an eligible charge under this policy. If a recurring charge is refunded, FollowerSignal may end the corresponding paid access immediately. Nothing in this policy limits a refund, cancellation, or dispute right that cannot legally be waived.
