What FollowerSignal processes

FollowerSignal processes the public Instagram username a visitor requests and publicly visible account information needed to create the report. Paid customers will also provide account and billing information through our authentication and payment providers.

What FollowerSignal does not request

FollowerSignal does not ask for or store your Instagram password. It does not access private messages or private follower lists.

Service providers

Public-data processing, hosting, account authentication, and payment processing are performed by contracted providers. Payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored by FollowerSignal.

Retention

Free previews should be cached only as long as necessary to control costs and prevent abuse. Paid snapshots and change history are retained while the customer account remains active, subject to the final retention schedule.

Your choices

Customers will be able to request deletion of their account and saved reports. Final contact information and region-specific rights will be published before launch.
