Open the billing portal
Sign in to FollowerSignal, open Account, and choose the billing-management option. Stripe’s hosted portal lets an eligible customer review the subscription and cancel recurring renewal without sending payment details to FollowerSignal support.

Contact support from the email used at checkout. Include the purchase date and plan name, but never send a full card number, password, or two-factor code.
